Welcome

The Dallas Police Women's Association was created by, and for, the women of DPD. We strive to break down all barriers that hold women back from achieving their dreams. We advocate for our members, but we also educate so that they have the tools to take care of themselves and each other. We are tackling the number 1 roadblock- childcare for police officers, we are also working on funding for extra training as well as scholarships for further education. 

We are not just creating a better force for women, we are creating a better force. We are not just creating a better force, we are creating a better Dallas.
